Plain Brown Wrapper
Where we try to avoid the dreaded "shadow-ban" by not giving any descriptions whatsoever
Where we try to avoid the dreaded "shadow-ban" by not giving any descriptions whatsoever
If you want information on how to order a copy of our book sent to you in a "plain brown wrapper" where a copy of your ordering information is not given to anyone but us, who keeps that information as confidential as Fort Knox, then shoot us an email for instructions. We can then explain the process to you that way.
We also have a podcast available. You can listen to this podcast online if you wish using your anonymizer software. Just be sure to not go there directly from our site, but instead choose a search engine or some other url to start from. If you wish a copy of any, or all, of our episodes, we can arrange to send you a flash drive "in a plain brown wrapper" without anyone having your order information but us. You have the right to privacy on what you read, listen to, research, talk to, etc.
We have our newsletter set up so you can go into our "drafts" folder, and get a copy. This way it's not sent directly to you, and you can access it from any computer you wish. To get on this list, just shoot us an email. It's free to email you, but if you wish us to mail you one on paper, then you'll need to send us $29.95 for a year's worth of the monthly newsletter to cover postage and printing. It's also mailed to you in a "plain brown wrapper".
To get a list of all of our books, and information on ways you can order any, or all, of them as privately as possible these days, shoot us an email. We say this because today there is no way to buy a book anymore that does not have an ISBN number on it.
When you purchase any book with this number on it, a copy of your transaction, including where you are when buying this book, and how you're paying for this book (cash, check or credit card) - is recorded. Some books such as "Catcher in the Rye" are on FBI "Watch Lists".
This book (Catcher in the Rye) is flagged, and when you purchase a copy, all of this information on your purchase is sent to the FBI. This includes data on if you're reading it online in Kindle, if you're checking it out in a public library, or even if you're buying a used copy from a bookstore. If you're buying this book on Amazon, they also have a copy of your ordering information as well as the FBI having your data. It is possible to pay cash for this book, but if you're in a bookstore, your time and date stamp cross-references the store's security footage.
We happen to believe if you want to read our books, you should be afforded some kind of privacy. Certain key words are also tagged online, or even shadowbanned.
To avoid this, we aren't going to use ANY descriptions in our ads, or profiles online other than this is "plain brown wrapper". Now we can assure you we aren't doing anything illegal or even really "strange", but instead striking out for the fast disappearing idea of "privacy" that we believe is a equal partner to the American idea of "freedom".
How can you truly be "free" about what you read, hear, talk about or think if someone is putting into a computer a block preventing you from even seeing this so you can make up your own mind about what you want to read or think or talk about? How is information on you kept private unless subject to a search warrant when just your purchase is sent back to the FBI automatically?
If you don't know who we are already, then this information will be given to you with your order. We are not going to post it online for everyone to see and do with as they wish. With "deep fakes" now possible, to put our voice, our face, etc., online means we are possibly giving over data which can be duplicated to look like us, sound like us, without our permission. In fact, this site's author has already been impersonated more than once. What can you do about it when to date, there are no clear laws about trademarking your face even which can be read simply by you walking down the street these days. We are not criminals, nor doing anything illegal. However, we have the right to privacy, and to have control over our our personal data, such as our names, our face, etc., is used. Yes we'd like to sell you a book, but we also want to get the message out about privacy at the same time using this method.
We don't care. Once your order is complete with us, we are going to destroy any data you've given us to fill your order. We are the only person who will see it, and we do not sell, or rent, our lists. When you simply send us an email - there's sometimes up to 20 other people who see this information. This is why we are setting up a system for you to order from us completely through the US postal system. This means the only person who knows you ordered products from us is us since no one can legally open our mail but us (at least for now we haven't lost that right yet in America).
We have witnessed too many times what we call "spooks". This is when agencies like the FBI, DOJ, CIA, etc., set up entirely fake groups just to elicit people to reach out to them as friends and gather data on people of certain beliefs, backgrounds, cultures, religion, etc. For example, we've seen how fake gun rights groups have been set up just to solicit people who believe in the 2nd amendment to step up and give up their personal data. There is a great documentary on a woman, Tania Head, who fabricated her whole identity just to become a part of, and even lead, a group of 9/11 survivors. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHCTOjAMVj8 We have witnessed websites set up to gather information on victims of sexual assault - where the data was then sold to the very predator behind this abuse. When law enforcement was trying to catch the Zodiac Killer, they set up a fake survey at the main theater showing this film just to match handwriting to try and capture this killer. Which was a genius idea when trying to catch a killer, and we applaud that creativity actually - but when it comes to someone's personal data who could be just researching us for whatever reason, we don't think it's cool when these groups pretend to be something, or someone, they aren't gathering information on you without your consent and/or a proper warrant or subpoena. We've also seen fake social media profiles set up again just to solicit information on who that person knows. It's been done to us even. We have seen fake profiles, fake websites, etc., pretending to be us by these agencies just trying to learn who we talk to - all without a warrant or even probable cause for anything and for no reason other than curiosity as we were not doing anything illegal to warrant this intrusion. When we have now seen people actually incarcerated just for THINKING something - information on us has become dangerous. Not because we are "doing anything wrong", but simply if we don't agree with certain people with enough money to do something to make people who disagree with them regret it. This is why we can assure you we are just a private American citizen behind this, and not some law enforcement, political, marketing, private investigative agency, and/or anyone with some kind of agenda. In other words, you're not being "catfished" here. Whatever you say, or who you are, is all data destroyed once we fill your order - period. We are also just private American citizens - and nothing more.

When Salman Rushdie published "The Satanic Verses", there was a death threat issued. Jamal Khoshoggi was murdered because of his writings. We live in a world today where simply disagreeing with someone can get you killed - even in an embassy. You can't be too careful these days - so please respect our precaution
